By placing an order or making a purchase of OVAL HOME product (the “Product”) at this website, you are agreeing to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 100 days of receiving your item, and we will process your return request. All returned products must meet the following good condition standards:
- No obvious signs of use: no noticeable wear, scratches, tears, or breakage.
- Cleanliness: products must be free of stains, odors, or visible dirt.
- Complete accessories: all original accessories, cables, manuals, and related items must be included.
- Unmodified: products must not be disassembled, altered, or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
- Fully functional: products must not be intentionally damaged and should function normally.
- Packaging: whenever possible, return in the original packaging to ensure safe transport.
Products cannot be returned in the following situations:
- Situations listed in the Warranty “What is not covered” section.
- Products damaged due to user mishandling.
- Products affected by external uncontrollable factors (e.g., fire, flood, wind, lightning) or where evidence of damage during transport cannot be provided (photos or videos).
Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased. Once your return request has been approved, the return address will be provided by our customer support team.
Important: Please do not send any items without receiving an official return authorization. We are not responsible for packages that are refused, lost, or damaged due to unauthorized returns.
100-Night Sleep Trial
We offer a 100-night sleep trial for eligible products. From the date your order is delivered, you may try the product in your home for up to 100 nights. During this period, products cannot be returned in the following situations:
- No valid proof of purchase, such as order number, receipt, or invoice, or evidence suggesting they have been falsified or tampered with.
- Products damaged due to user mishandling.
- Loss or damage caused by external uncontrollable factors, including fire, flood, strong wind, or lightning, or where evidence of transport damage or malfunction cannot be provided (photos or videos).
All other products may be returned within the 100-day trial period. Returns will not be accepted after the 100-day period.
How to Return a Product
- Reach out to customer support at support@ovalhome.com to request return instructions.
- Please include your order number, product serial number, and the reason for return when submitting your request.
- Once your return is approved, securely pack the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories and components.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, such as FedEx or UPS, to ensure safe delivery.
- Retain the return tracking number to verify the package's delivery to our warehouse.
Refund
- During the crowdfunding campaign: No actual funds are collected via Kickstarter; therefore, refunds are not applicable during this period.
- After the crowdfunding campaign ends: If you need a refund, please contact our customer support at support@ovalhome.com. Refunds will be processed via the Kickstarter backend according to their platform procedures.
Special Circumstances
Quality Issues
- Application: Please provide photos or videos of the defective item.
- Shipping Costs: For returns due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to inspect returned items. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will process your replacement or refund within 24 hours.
Wrong Purchase
- Shipping Costs: For returns due to wrong purchases, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Return Conditions: The returned item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Unwanted Products
- Shipping Costs: For returns of unwanted products, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Return Conditions: The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Liability for Lost or Damaged Packages
OVAL HOME is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process. We recommend choosing a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance to protect your package.
Additional Terms
- Returns requested after the 30-day calendar window will not be accepted.
- Delivery to a freight forwarder or rerouting to an unsupported country voids the return eligibility.
- This return policy does not affect statutory rights that may apply based on your jurisdiction.
